How to Use

Step 1

Start with a clean, dry brow.

Step 2

Use the pencil end to create natural looking definition, then shape and sculpt the tail-end of the brow.

Step 3

Comb the Tinted Soft Hold Gel through the brow to groom and set the brow and create volume.
